Diagnosis: Usual adenocarcinoma of the prostate Gleason 3+3=6.          

            Comments: This is a straightforward diagnosis. The peculiar finding of this case is the nuclear “PIN-like” stratification. The prostatic cancer glands show typically a single cellular row. The recognition of this nuclear pattern helps the proper diagnosis of invasive cancer (Hameed O & Humphrey PA. Mod Pathol 2006;19:899).
