Diagnosis: Paratesticular leiomyosarcoma.         

            Comments: Leiomyosarcoma is the second in frequency of paratesticular sarcomas; the first is liposarcoma. Hemorrhage and necrosis occur in high-grade tumors. Immunohistochemistry is positive for smooth muscle actin, desmin, and vimentin.
