Diagnosis: Spermatogenesis preserved consistent with obstructive azoospermia.

Comment: All cellular types are present: sertoli cells (S), spermatogonia (G),  spermatocytes (CT), spermatids (TD) and spermatozoa (Z). The diameter of the tubules and the thickness of the seminipherus epithelium are within normal range. Some cellular sloughing in the tubular lumens may be artifactual.
