Diagnosis: Urothelial carcinoma of the kidney pelvis with sarcomatoid features and stromal reaction similar to giant cell tumor of bone.

            Comments: The sarcomatoid features and the osteoclast-like giant cells are associated with aggressiveness. This high-grade tumor was invading the renal parenchyma.
